Wild Boar
To ensure we provide our customers with this sought-after delicacy, we partner with skilled hunters who sometimes venture to The Forest of Dean or in Kent to bring us their catches. This collaboration not only helps us maintain a supply of wild boar but also explains the premium price we pay for. The limited availability of this product throughout the year makes it a truly special offering that is hard to come by.
Wildfowl
New Forest's rich and varied landscape has gifted us with a plethora of fantastic feathered game species right on our doorstep. Game birds such as grouse, pheasant, partridge, snipe, wild duck and woodcock have thrived and bred successfully in this environmental diversity, feeding on the countryside’s bountiful resources of food.
By default, game is inherently sustainable, natural and free-range, making it an attractive alternative to farmed meat.
Small Furred Wild Game
The New Forest boasts a diverse range of small furred game, such as wild rabbits, hares, and grey squirrels. Although these particular game options tend to be less popular with both our customers and hunters alike, we still take pride in offering a selection for those who are keen to explore these unique choices. As a small business, we dedicate most of our time and efforts into bringing highest quality game to our valued customers' table. And in the meantime, by God's Grace, in the short breaks we could spare, we were able to build this website in order to make it easier for you to connect with us.
While this site may not function as a traditional online shop, we invite you to browse our Product Pages, where you can discover our range of products and even place an order from the comfort of your home. If you find something you like, simply send us your shopping list via email, and we will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss product availability, pricing, and delivery options. We aim to update our stock availability on a weekly basis. However, since we’re only human, checking in with us directly is the best way to get the most accurate information.
Currently, we offer delivery services exclusively within the SO Post Code areas. For orders over £100, we are pleased to provide delivery at no additional charge.
If you prefer, you can also choose to collect your order directly from our Butchery located in Fawley or from any of the Farmer's Markets we attend every weekend. When you opt for collection, there is no minimum order requirement, and as a token of our appreciation, you will receive a 10% discount on your total order.
